These were published in the SA Government Gazette on 1 August 2024 (pages 2353 – 2385). The amended activity specifications are below.
Effective from 21 August 2025, the Minister for Energy and Mining determined 'Install and connect a Community Battery to an approved Virtual Power Plan - in front of customer meter only' (CB1) to be a REPS activity for the purpose of Part 4 of Electricity Regulations 2012 and Part 4 of Gas Regulations 2012.
The activity was published in the South Australian Government Gazette on 21 August 2025 (pages 3561-3565).

Note that a number of these specifications make reference to the government's installation of ceiling insulation – consumer safety self-assessment and installer acknowledgement form (PDF, 314.9 KB).
